Data entry and verifying is done according to the customerās specifications.  This way, the files are always compatible with the customerās software.  The client chooses the medium used for data saving.

OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION (OCR) 

The computer, using several machines, may recognize characters with accuracy et efficiency from a digital image. This image may come from:

  • a printed or handwritten form (document)

  • a bar code

  • a mark (point, square, etc.)

The data import is compatible with most of the databases on the market.

 

DATA TRANSFER

Your file is not compatible with your equipment, we transfer it onto a compatible medium.

DATA PROCESSING

Our company will support you in your statistics reports, updating database, printing labels, post services or any other processing you would need.
